Jiji is recognized as the most user-friendly online platform for small businesses in Nigeria

Jiji, an online classified developed by Genesis' partner company of the same name, has been awarded the title of "Most convenient online platform for small and medium-sized businesses in Nigeria". This was reported by The Nation.
The company received the award at the Nigerian National SME Business Awards (NNSBA). It was organized by the Association of Small Business Owners of Nigeria (ASBON) and the Ministry of Commerce, Cooperatives, Trade and Investment.
The organizers noted that Jiji was recognized "for its contribution to Nigeria's SME ecosystem through continuous innovation, strict security measures, and user-friendly features [on the platform]."
"We are truly honored to receive this award. At Jiji, we are committed to supporting small and medium-sized businesses by providing the advertising tools and support they need to increase revenue and scale their businesses. Small and medium-sized businesses account for about 48% of Nigeria's GDP and provide 84% of jobs. We will continue to create innovative marketing solutions to help businesses in Nigeria grow and strengthen," said Mayoli Obaje, Regional Head of Public Relations and Marketing at Jiji.
Jiji is a Ukrainian product IT company that creates e-commerce products in Africa. Jiji is the largest online marketplace in Africa. It operates in eight countries, including Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Uganda, Tanzania, Senegal, Ethiopia, and Côte d'Ivoire. The company was founded by entrepreneur Anton Volyansky, who is currently its CEO.
